Customer Service

G.I.F has built its business on the back of offering the market and its customers exactly what they need. We are a flexible company and we like to work closely with all our clients in order to achieve mutually suitable results, be it in logistics, lead times, packaging, pricing or bringing in or trying to develop new products.

We are about making G.I.F fit in with your requirements, we understand the importance of having a supplier that can offer a complete package, so in working with us you will be assured of continuous supply with excellent quality and overall service.

Warehousing

Based in Long Crendon, close to Oxford, we have warehousing facilities that allow us to stock between 90 and 120 tonnes of film, made up of slit and master rolls which are then converted as per our clients needs.

Dispatch

When orders are placed before 2pm, we will almost certainly deliver the next day without fail, unless widths and quantities require secondary slitting which might mean that an extra 24 hours is required. We have our own fleet of vehicles and also work closely with a local transport company to ensure a reliable delivery service.

Contract Conversion

We have a number of slitting machines that can be used to slit all types of film from thin OPP through to thicker polyester films and other types. Please contact us if you require this service from us.

Packaging

In view of the UK and European Packaging Waste Legislation, we will always attempt to use the minimum amount of packaging whilst ensuring the goods are  packed well enough for transportation.  We will always use, where possible, recyled and returnable packaging materials.
